Return & Exchange

We have a strict no refund, no exchange policy.

Products are only liable for exchange under the following circumstances:

• if there is a defect or damage from our end.

• if the product received is incorrect.

 

In any of the above case, the customer must reach out to us (along with the order image) on alankrit.co.info@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product. Products purchased on reduced prices will not be exchanged or refunded. All sales are final. 

 

If the customer decides to return a product, we will not be able to refund the amount and will only be able to issue a credit valid for upto 6 months from date of purchase. The credit note is non transferrable. Credit note period will not be extended under any circumstance.
